Welcome to Sister’s Love. This website is operated by Sisters'sLove LLP. Throughout these Terms, “Sister’s Love,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sisters'sLove LLP.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to www.sisterslove.biz, your use of our website, and purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Products
Sister’s Love offers shelf-stable, freeze-dried foods inspired by traditional Maharashtrian and Malvani home cooking.
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Because food is prepared in batches and contains natural ingredients, its colour, appearance, flavour, consistency, and texture may vary slightly.
Serving bowls, garnishes, utensils, and accompaniments shown in product photographs are for presentation purposes unless specifically included in the product description.
2. Preparation and Storage
Customers must follow the preparation and storage instructions printed on the product packaging.
Use only clean, potable water when preparing our products. Do not consume a product if its pouch is torn, leaking, swollen, unsealed, or otherwise compromised.
Unopened products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. Please check the Best Before date printed on the packaging. Once opened or prepared, follow the storage and consumption guidance provided on the label.
When assessing a complaint, we may consider whether improper preparation, storage or handling caused the reported issue. This does not exclude our responsibility for products that were defective, unsafe or incorrectly labelled when supplied, or limit your rights under applicable law.
3. Ingredients and Allergens
Complete ingredient information and applicable allergen declarations are provided on our product pages and packaging.
Allergens vary between recipes. Products may contain or come into contact with milk, nuts, peanuts, wheat, gluten, soy, mustard, sesame, or other allergens.
Customers with food allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements should carefully read the product label before purchasing or consuming any product. Please contact us before ordering if you require additional information.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it.
We may limit product quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order because of unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, payment concerns, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Prices and Payments
Product prices are currently displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and the final payable amount will be displayed during checkout.
For international orders, your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges or other transaction fees. These charges are determined by the provider and are not controlled by Sister’s Love.
We may correct accidental pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before fulfilling it or cancel and refund the affected order.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not control any additional terms or fees imposed by those providers.
6. International Orders
Sister’s Love may accept orders from customers worldwide, with the United States and India among our primary markets. Available destinations will be shown at checkout.
International delivery may be subject to customs inspections, import restrictions, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly included during checkout, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local charges. Customers are also responsible for confirming that the products they order may legally be imported into their country.
We cannot guarantee customs-clearance timelines or accept responsibility for delays caused by customs authorities, border agencies, or local carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.
Please review your cart, email address, telephone number, postal code, and complete shipping address before submitting an order.
Contact us promptly if you discover an error. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that information can be changed after processing or dispatch has begun.
8. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping options, available destinations, and applicable charges will be presented during checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather, public holidays, remote locations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy explains shipping availability, delivery charges, free-delivery eligibility, processing times, cancellations, delivery issues, returns, replacements and refunds. That policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in either document limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions and validity periods.
Unless otherwise specified, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied to earlier purchases, or transferred to another customer.
We may modify or withdraw a promotion where permitted by law.

The Sister’s Love name, logo, packaging, artwork, photographs, illustrations, recipes, written content, and website design are owned by or licensed to Sisters'sLove LLP.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Purchasing a Sister’s Love product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights to the customer.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to payment providers, delivery carriers, social-media platforms, and other third-party services.
These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies. Sister’s Love is not responsible for their independent content, availability, or practices.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or restricts your mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
Our liability in connection with our products, website and services will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws applicable to the customer.

The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.
Updated Terms will apply to orders placed on or after that date. Earlier orders will remain subject to the Terms applicable when they were placed, unless a change is required by law.
